Necessary skills:

• 3+ years of experience in management positions (team management).
• Understanding of network technologies, system administration, virtualization, software development processes.
• Systematicity and organization, necessary to build processes within the unit.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Absence of obstacles regarding registration of access to state secrets.

Following experience will be the plus:

• Experience working with vendors and local distributors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo), organization of supply and selection of equipment for projects.
• Experience of organizing complex telecommunication networks.
• Experience with Task Management systems (JIRA, Gemini, others).
• Experience in the preparation of documentation in accordance with the requirements of the DSTI, experience in the construction of the CSTI (AS 2 and 3 class).
• Ability to convey own opinion, ability to collect and document requirements.
• Ability to formulate tasks for subordinates according to SMART criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of requirements, tasks, their clarification, assessment and prioritization, planning of department work according to priorities, preparation of reports.
• Communication with project and product managers, management (risks, task statuses, forecasts).
• Analysis of available resources and risks – collection and formulation of proposals regarding their addressing.
• Modernization and maintenance of office IT infrastructure in proper condition: servers, NAS, network equipment.
• Organization of the work of the helpdesk service.
• Formation of equipment purchases for projects / products.
• Formation of development programs for subordinates and control of their implementation, involvement of the team in seminars, trainings, certifications.
• Organization of measures to ensure the company’s information security, interaction with the internal security department.
