Ukraine has already demonstrated that technology and innovation create a decisive advantage on the battlefield. That is why the development of new defense solutions is now one of the key factors in strengthening the country’s defense capabilities.
However, the pace of technological advancement depends not only on ideas, but also on the people and conditions that make innovation possible. Today, Ukraine is experiencing rapidly growing demand for engineers, developers, and researchers in the defense sector. At the same time, the number of qualified specialists remains limited, and training new experts requires time. In parallel, there is a shortage of research infrastructure, including modern laboratories, specialized equipment, and environments suitable for conducting advanced research. Yet the need for developing new technologies exists today.

Over more than 20 years, INFOZAHYST has built an advanced engineering and research infrastructure in Ukraine, including state-of-the-art laboratories and a team of specialists working on new technologies. This foundation enables research in areas that are currently difficult to pursue exclusively within Ukraine, while also fostering collaboration with engineers, scientists, and technology experts from around the world.
This is precisely why INFOZAHYST initiated and is leading the establishment of an R&D office in Denmark.
The office is part of MITS Industries, a Danish-Ukrainian defense company co-founded by three partners, one of which is INFOZAHYST. The INFOZAHYST team will be responsible for launching and further developing the R&D office.
The mission of the R&D office is to expand research and development capabilities by leveraging international engineering expertise and infrastructure. This will provide additional resources and accelerate the creation of technologies that are critically important for Ukraine.
In Denmark, INFOZAHYST’s international team will focus on technologies that directly address the demands of the modern battlefield. All research outcomes, newly acquired competencies, and technological solutions will be applied to the development of Ukrainian products and to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. At the same time, INFOZAHYST’s core research and manufacturing base will remain in Ukraine.
